Davao City – The ENEOS Motor Oil Regional Autocross Championship 2025 Visayas and Mindanao Series starts its four-leg series this August 30-31 in General Santos City.
Jong Uy, of the organizing The Racing Line and Race Director of the Regional Autocross Championship bared that entries from Visayas and Mindanao are expected to see action and winners will be based on championship points.
“Autocross is one of the fastest growing race disciplines in the Philippines, any drivers can participate using driven cars by nonprofessional racers from stock to modified,” Uy said at the Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum 14, August.
This year’s Regional Autocross Championship Series will be powered by ENEOS Philippines Corporation led by its President Tomokasu Kanesugi
“It is another venture for ENEOS Motor Oil to be with. From motorcycle races now to autocross. We are proud to be part of it,” Kanesugi said.
The Avia Estate ground in Alabel, General Santos City will host the initial leg to be followed on September 28 in Cagayan de Oro City, October 12 in Cebu City and in Davao City this November 9.
“It is also a good avenue to promote our product and make the public know how our motor oil can effect the performance of our vehicles,” added Jay Sanchez, ENEOS Philippines Corporation, General Manager for Marketing and Planning.
The Regional Autocross Championships is affiliated by the Philippine Racing Industry Awards, a prestigious honor for various motorsports discipline in the Philippines.
